Honestly no complains at all. Great looking and pleasant accommodation with stunning setting right by exhibition in Dusseldorf, a nice area and central station. Generous-sized double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Really enjoyable experience and attentive and decent staff.

Our room was large and very comfortable, with a super bathroom. Although the hall way was cold, the room was lovely and warm. Both receptionists went out of their way to be helpful, giving us plenty of information about transport. The bus was right outside the hotel, 2 euros to the city centre, saving parking problems. We parked in a nearby side road easily, for free, and also hired bikes for just 5E each. The breakfast room was lovely, and the breakfast pretty good, with a selection suitable for the size of hotel. Super walk in the nearby woods. We will definitely be coming back.
The stairs and hallway were unconfortably cold, with an exterior door left open to the courtyard constantly. The reception areas and room were very warm however. It didn't spoil our stay.

Well, it was a pleasant stay for one night during business trip. Guest room I stayed at was nicely decorated with character. The restaurant was very nice and served delicious food.

The hotel has a quiet location next to the Arenberg castle and park, as well as green residential areas. the hotel staff is extremely helpful and decent.

Nice location with a couple of good restaurants just over the road
Lack of parking, despite the statement that the hotel had a car park (we parked in the road) The hot dishes on the breakfast buffet were very poor quality. We were the first guests in at the start of breakfast service and found that the warming tray was faulty so the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold.

The pleasent ambiance of the place coupled with the curtesy and efficiency of the staff. We will certainly use the place again when in Leuven.
The bathroom plumbing did not include a proper shower in room 20.
